The B.R.O. Experience (Brothers Redefining Opportunity) is dedicated to addressing the multi-faceted challenges faced by young Black men in New York City, including economic marginalization, racial inequity, violent crime, inhumane policing, toxic gender norms, and a crisis in youth mental health. By providing mentoring, group therapy sessions, music programs, science and literacy education, and more, the B.R.O. Experience creates safe spaces for young people to grow, thrive, and foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
